Lindsay's Super Simple Kale Chips August 25 2015

Once upon a time people thought you had to be a super-chef to create kale chips. They were super wrong! With just 3 ingredients and 3 simple steps, you’ve got a delicious crunchy snack that even the average citizen can make. And kale with Tiger Tea? Now you’ve created a dynamic duo of superfoods packed with vitamins, minerals, flavonoids, and a super punch of flavour. Holy nutrition! A superfood snack that couldn't be more simple!

1 bunch fresh kale

1 T oil (coconut, sesame, olive or any type of good oil you like)

1 t Tiger Tea (straight out of the bag - no need to brew)

Directions:

1. Remove kale leaves from stems; wash and dry.

2. Toss leaves in large bowl with oil & Tiger Tea (like you're tossing a salad)

3. Spill onto parchment lined cookie sheet & slow roast in oven at 250 degrees for around 2 hours, or until crispy. (Careful not to burn)
