How many things can you make with chick peas? A lot. This recipe turns your chick peas into a portable snack you can grab on the go & take anywhere. Seriously. Anywhere: The park, gym, anthropology class, pot-luck dinner party. You name it. Toss your chick peas in Tiger Tea and you can toss the pre-packaged snacks away, leaving you a better snack for a better self. Did we mention the flavour is incredible? That’s another thing.

Cathy's On The Go Chick Peas Tossed in Tiger Tea
1 cup chick peas, canned or dried ( if using dried chick peas, soak & drain first)
1 teaspoon olive oil (sesame oil tastes good too!)
Pinch of salt
1 teaspoon Tiger Tea (loose from the package)
Toss everything together in a bowl. Spill onto a baking sheet and bake in oven at 400 degrees F for around 20 minutes or until crunchy. Cool and enjoy.
